Keysborough Golf Club has a proud history stretching back more than 125 years. The club was founded around 1898 as the Albert Park Golf Club before members secured land at Keysborough in 1947, with play commencing at the current site in 1950. Today, Keysborough continues that long golfing tradition while investing in the future of its course, landscape and member experience.
GolfScape will develop a plan designed to provide Keysborough with a clear and practical direction for future vegetation works, helping the club prioritise investment and progressively develop a landscape that is both ecologically appropriate and complementary to the golf course.
GolfScape is working with Keysborough Golf Club on the development of a comprehensive Vegetation Management Plan, providing a long-term framework for the management and enhancement of vegetation across the course. The project assesses existing landscape conditions, vegetation communities and management priorities, while identifying opportunities to improve indigenous species selection, biodiversity, boundary screening, course presentation and long-term landscape resilience.
